What products can I sell in a Cvetomat?
Although the name is inspired by flowers, the machine is universal. Thanks to precise temperature control (2°C to 15°C), it is ideal for fresh bouquets as well as cheeses, wines, pastries, luxury cosmetics or electronic devices.
How does the cooling and humidity system work?
Cvetomat uses an advanced cooling unit that maintains a constant temperature. Unlike regular refrigerators, our system controls air humidity, preventing petal dehydration or spoilage of delicate food, dramatically extending product shelf life.
Can the machine be placed outdoors?
Yes. Cvetomat is engineered as a waterproof unit with IP protection. Materials are resistant to corrosion, moisture and extreme weather, making it ideal for placement in front of shops, in squares, busy streets, petrol stations, etc.
How secure is Cvetomat against theft and vandalism?
Security is our absolute priority. The machine features full anti-vandal screen protection, a steel construction and multi-layer tempered glass on the boxes that is extremely impact-resistant. The locking system is additionally reinforced to keep your goods and revenue safe.
How does payment work and is fiscalization supported?
Regardless of the payment method (card or cash), the system automatically issues a fiscal receipt. The receipt is not printed — the customer picks it up by scanning a QR code directly on the machine, immediately after the transaction. The QR code is automatically generated and refreshed for every purchase, and all transactions are properly recorded and fully compliant with applicable regulations.
How do I track sales and inventory?
You get access to a full admin panel that you can reach from your phone or computer. At any moment you can see how many products have been sold, the current machine temperature and whether restocking is needed.
Is the touchscreen easy for customers to use?
Cvetomat features a large 21″ or 27″ touchscreen with an intuitive interface. The purchase process is extremely simple and takes less than 30 seconds — the customer selects a product, pays and picks up the goods.
What happens in case of a power outage?
The system is designed to preserve all settings. As soon as power returns, the machine automatically resumes operation and you receive a notification via the admin panel about the device status.

What is the price and lead time?
The price depends on the configuration and features of the chosen model, starting from €9,500+VAT (base 8-box model). The software and cloud monitoring work anywhere with an internet connection, and we provide support for installation and onboarding.
